Jones Nuttall Ltd prides itself on being able to work closely with many Blue Chip companies, including assisting them with prototyping. We are able to offer specialist fabrication and welding of both Carbon and Stainless Steels, as well as other services which include projection welding, brazing of copper, brass and bronze components.

 

Cad-Cam

To aid production we operate a Cad-Cam system enabling us to download programmes direct to the automated machines. Programming off the machine means that we have very little down time and thus ensure that we can remain extremely competitive in our quotations.

Jones Nuttall Ltd also has the ability to import customer's own design and drawing files in various formats including DXF. IGS.

We are also able to assist in what is commonly called 'Reverse Engineering', helping many companies overcome delivery or supply issues on items that they are unable to source or that have been superseded or made obsolete. Jones Nuttall Ltd will work with the customer's sample, drawing or simple sketch in order to offer the best and most cost effective solution. We involve the customer at every appropriate stage to ensure full suitability of the finished component.
