Over the years Jones Nuttall Ltd have built up a wealth of expertise in the machining of a vast range of engineering plastics. We offer in-depth technical experience in the manufacture of machined components in a wide range of thermo-plastics, industrial laminates and composite materials.
The range of high performance engineering polymers include: ABS, Acetal (POM), PEEK, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PTFE, Nylon and Duration PAI to name but a few.
We are also big on engineering laminates and composites! Selection includes: SRBP, SRBF, SRBGF, Polyester, Sindanyo, EM42, FEROFORM F21, Engraving Laminate & Mica.
Another key strength is machining “Railko” materials, such as NF21, NF22 & PV80 which are predominately used for marine & rail industries.
